Bell Bottoms, transcendental meditation, love story, civil rights, protest marches: the 1960s, the Age of Aquarius, a time of social change leading radical in the "New Age". Time passed slowly, the ideas of the new era have made their way into the mainstream culture. Among them is "spirituality", the notion that beyond organized religion, people can directly experience a metaphysical reality that is bigger than oneself. Both "Flakey" the notion of personal growth, the idea that people have the ability to improve themselves, is now big business. Furthermore, we have come to accept that if we know what is really happening, we must consider that in our society, planet and the universe as a whole, rather than simply examining the parts.
You might be familiar with the puzzle for children who have been around for a long time. The pieces are composed of the states comprising the United States. When each child makes room in its place, a picture emerges across the country. From its roots in the New Era, a new, holistic psychology has emerged, seen parts of our human nature, and then joins in a single game track. This creates new possibilities in human nature and our ability to transform societies in which we live and the planet.
The "pieces of the puzzle that make Quantum Psychology, Eastern Philosophy and Western science. Middle contributes knowledge and practices associated with yoga, meditation, karma and reincarnation. Western science helps better understand the natural world of quantum mechanics, complexity theory, systems theory and psychology. It fits all the pieces together and what emerges is a map that explains the psychological and personal growth techniques allow us to be our own consultants, therapists and gurus.
One of the fundamental ideas of quantum psychology is that our bodies are much smarter than we imagined and our expectations of what is possible are too low. Encoded in our DNA, and hard-wired into our brains, is a brilliant learning program that knows how to get a growth in personal transformation - with a little help from us. This program gives us a simple way to heal our psychological wounds, freeing the past to improve our lives and evolve to higher levels of consciousness, including the achievement of spiritual enlightenment.
What has become known East and the Tao, with the incorporation of Western science, became the path to quantum growth. Following the path involves using quantum two techniques that are simple, but not always easy. Quantum Technique 1 frees us from the past, we are not talking about our problems, but when communicating with our unconscious in the language they understand - Photos. When we do, the brain reacts immediately. Quantum Technology 2 gives us the opening we need to accommodate an expansion of conscience, free from preconceived ideas, we acquired our cultural indoctrination, which is actually a form of brainwashing.
If you decide to go the way quantum after overcoming his initial surprise that personal growth is faster may soon be accepting the changes that occur normally, of course, they are. Quantum Psychology views capabilities as courageous, think for yourself, with individual power and enjoy life, and the characteristics of an adult consciousness normal mature.
