Great supervisors to manage the consequences of the results.
The consequences are the natural result of the performance. They should work that way. So something to someone, something good happens to them. If you do something wrong, something went wrong.
Supervisors Great delivery of the implications for effective enforcement. This means that such use positive consequences such as praise, rewards and recognition for people to try something new or continue a behavior. They use negative consequences such as reprimands or punishment to get people to stop something.
Great benefit every opportunity to provide supervisors and counseling.
Those moments when you contact a subordinate invaluable. Great Supervisors try to use each one to improve performance, leave the unwanted behavior and help people grow.
Great supervisors help people grow.
Great supervisors are trying to help and encourage all those working to become an ideal employee. This means helping to develop their skills and try new things.
Supervisors Great to get feedback on their performance monitoring.
You can not get better if you do not know how. Therefore, great critic supervisors of obtaining many areas. They call their boss and their subordinates, how they do. They ask their peers. And criticized his own performance monitoring.
Supervisors of great advice.
Monitoring is a demanding art. It is also an apprentice, who learned about everything at work. Supervisors Great read and take courses, but also seek advice from other supervisors.
